Have you ever wondered what healthy eating is and how to achieve it? Do you ever struggle with your eating and your food choices? This seminar will explain healthy, mindful eating and help you learn to be in touch with your body in order to eat well without diets. There will be explanations, discussion, and exercises in mindful eating. This is a 2 part seminar, 1.5 hours each meeting. Registration is required (space is limited) and will be done on a first come, first served basis. Contact Andrea Bross to register.
