George G. Brenkert


George G. Brenkert is Professor of Business Ethics at the McDonough School of Business of Georgetown University. He is Editor-in-Chief of Business Ethics Quarterly, and a member of the Executive Committee of the Society for Business Ethics. He received his doctorate from the University of Michigan and his B.A. from Colgate University. He specializes in the areas of ethics, business ethics, and social and political philosophy. He has published a book on Political Freedom (Routledge), as well as numerous articles in such journals Public Affairs Quarterly, Philosophy & Public Affairs, Public Policy & Marketing, Business Ethics Quarterly, Journal of Business Ethics, and Business & Professional Ethics Journal. He is currently working on a book on marketing ethics.
