Assistant Professor of Political Science
Nina M. Moore is an Assistant Professor of Political Science at Colgate University. Moore's areas of specialization include Congress, the Supreme Court, civil rights policy, and racial politics. Her recently published book, entitled Governing Race: Policy, Process, and the Politics of Race, examines the effect of racial conflict upon American policy processes. Moore has been awarded a University Picker Fellowship which she will use to complete a major study of inner city school reform politics. She taught at DePaul University, Loyola University, and the University of Minnesota before joining the faculty at Colgate in 1998.
