CUTV Ice Hockey

The 2006-2007 kicks off this year with the reintroduction of Colgate Men’s Ice Hockey back into CUTV programming and the continuation of CUTV Women’s Hockey.  Both teams will have most of their home games broadcasted over CUTV, with certain games being picked up by Time Warner Sports.

During the past year, CUTV’s relationship with the Colgate Athletic Department has grown to incredible levels.  In a joint project with the Athletic Department, CUTV will be webcasting hockey games for a small fee through the Athletic Department Website.  Click on the link at the bottom of the schedule to own you All Access pass to Colgate Men and Women’s hockey today.
CUTV's coverage of Colgate hockey, in addition to live game action, includes interviews of players and coaches, pre-game, post-game and intermission reports, live sideline reports, highlights, previews, and various segments.  These reports are all created and produced by the CUTV crew.
This season, hockey producer Ned Collins-Chase ’11 will be continuing his role as play-by-play and color commentator.  However, there still remains several positions available on the hockey crew.  If you are interested in joining the hockey crew as a camera operator or sideline reporter, email Ned at ecollinschase@colgate.edu.

CUTV Basketball

Colgate men's and women's basketball returns to CUTV.  The completely student run broadcasts includes a play-by-play announcing team, sideline reporter, and 3 camera angles; it is hard to tell you are not watching ESPN.  New this season is an expanded webcasting schedule for Colgate fans to enjoy all broadcasts on the internet. Be sure to tune into CUTV-13 for complete coverage of Raiders basketball.  Email Elise at ebronzo@colgate.edu to get involved.
