- E-mail your writing submission to email@example.com. Please see our
manuscript submission page for details and preferred file formats.
- You will receive an e-mail reply indicating that your application has been received. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours, please
- Within two weeks of submitting your application you will receive a letter or e-mail regarding your acceptance into the conference.
- If you are accepted, submit a minimum deposit of $100 to confirm your spot. Further details will be supplied to participants as the conference approaches.
A note about deposits and application fees:
- Print out an Application Form and fill it out. You will need the free
Adobe Reader to view/print the form.
- Send us your Application Form along with the $50 application fee (check payable to Colgate University) and three copies of your
manuscript. If you are applying for a fellowship, please also include an estimate of your need and a brief explanation.
