Apply online (with no application fee!):
- Fill out and submit our Online Application Form.
- E-mail your writing submission to info@cvwc.net. Please see our manuscript submission page for details and preferred file formats.
- You will receive an e-mail reply indicating that your application has been received. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours, please contact us.
- Within two weeks of submitting your application you will receive a letter or e-mail regarding your acceptance into the conference.
- If you are accepted, submit a minimum deposit of $100 to confirm your spot. Further details will be supplied to participants as the conference approaches.
Apply by mail ($50 application fee):
- Print out an Application Form and fill it out. You will need the free Adobe Reader to view/print the form.
- Send us your Application Form along with the $50 application fee (check payable to Colgate University) and three copies of your manuscript. If you are applying for a fellowship, please also include an estimate of your need and a brief explanation.
- You will receive word of your admission within three weeks of the arrival of your manuscript. Further details will be supplied to participants as the conference approaches.
A note about deposits and application fees:
If you apply online, your deposit will secure your place in the conference. The deposit will be credited to your tuition, the balance of which will be due upon arrival.
If you apply by mail, we do not require a deposit (though you may make one if you wish). Please note that the application fee is in addition to conference tuition, the entirety of which (less any deposit you decide to make) will be due upon arrival.
