Val Logsdon Anna Hackney
Valerie coaches Colgate’s Western Team and has worked for twelve years as a professional horse trainer. She is a former Level III instructor for the Canadian Equestrian Federation and a former coach of the Canadian Equestrian Federation Reining In addition, she is a former judge for the National Reining Association, Founder and former President of the Ontario Reining Horse Association, and former Executive Director of Reining Canada. Valerie is currently instructing, training, and showing.
Anna Hackney coaches Colgate’s English Team and has spent ten years as the assistant trainer/breeding manager of Saddleback Farm. Anna worked as an assistant trainer for four years at Victoria Acres, four years at Chantry Farm, and two years at Sky Step Stables. Throughout her career, Anna has trained western pleasure, racing, dressage, fine harness, saddleseat, and huntseat equitation. Anna is currently the farm manager and riding instructor at Saddleback Farm.
