Phi Delta Theta has experienced major changes in the past four years. Major renovation to the house has been completed and other projects are underway.

Phi Delts continue with their rich unique traditions, as well as a strong academic life accompainied by their enthusiastic social life. There is always seems to be something to do at Phi Delt. The house is always filled with activity: pool, cups, foos-ball, as well as outside activities which can be enjoyed in the spacious back yard. And our new living room along with our cozy library, supplies space to study, or sleep next to the fire.

Dinners are at 6:00 Sunday-Friday, please feel free to attend, and do not hesitate to call or visit. The house phone number is (315) 824-9877.
