Delta Delta Delta was formed in 1888 to provide women with a place where they could grow socially and intellectually. Our national founder, Sarah Ida Shaw, was determined to "... found a society that shall be kind alike to all and think more of a girl's inner self and character than of her personal appearance."
The Gamma Sigma Chapter of Delta Delta Delta was chartered in 1996. In the decade since, many women have found Tri Delta to be a comfortable and cultivating experience where all members are friendly, outgoing, intelligent, and sincere. We have a very strong sisterhood that values each woman for her character and unique personality.
